Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges

We do not accept returns for personal preference, size, or change of mind. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If a return is accepted for any reason beyond damage or defect, the item must be in its original condition (unused, with the seal intact). A 15% restocking fee may apply. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost or missing packages.


Damaged Product
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@deliprints.com with photos of the damaged item and its original packaging. After review, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund. In some cases, we may request the damaged product to be returned at no cost to you.


Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive and approve the returned product. If you haven’t received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

  3. If you still don’t see your refund, email us at hello@deliprints.com for assistance.


Delivery Time
Each order is produced once it’s placed.

  1. Order Placement
  2. Printing Time (2-5 Business Days): We print your order and prepare it for shipment.
  3. Shipping Time (2-5 Business Days): We ship it out once the printing is complete.

You will receive email updates throughout this process. If you do not see any updates, please check your spam folder or add our email to your contact list. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, contact us at hello@deliprints.com and we’ll help locate it.


Tracking Numbers
Tracking information is emailed as soon as it’s available. If you haven’t received it, check your spam folder or add us to your contact list.


Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately after placing it. We cannot guarantee cancellation if your order is already processed or shipped. If it has moved to that stage, the customer remains responsible for the purchase.


Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@deliprints.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in the shipping process. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
