Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping
We provide free shipping within the U.S. for our baseline delivery times. Once you place an order, please allow 2-5 business days for printing (handling) and 2-5 business days for shipping (transit). We do not ship on weekends or holidays. High seasonal demand may extend typical processing times.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While we’ll make every effort to accommodate changes, we can’t guarantee your request will be fulfilled once the order is processed.

You’ll receive order updates, including shipping and tracking information, via the email address used at checkout. If you’re not seeing these updates, please check your spam folder and add our email to your contacts.

In cases of high order volume, you may experience a slight delay. We appreciate your patience; if a significant delay occurs, we’ll inform you via email.


International Shipping
For orders outside the U.S., shipping rates and delivery times vary. Please note that additional customs duties or taxes may be applied, and these are the customer’s responsibility. Light Your Home is not liable for any customs or duties fees incurred before, during, or after shipping.
